Law Firm Seeking Employment Litigation Associate in VA/DC Region - Full Time Position
Defend and litigate employment-related lawsuits and agency charges of discrimination.
Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations.
JD from ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials required.
3 years of experience in employment law preferred.
Current VA Bar admission in good standing.
Strong understanding of current agency procedures.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork.
